Our advice if selling your home: Go with Alice FIRST. After our beautiful home languished on the market for 6 months (lots of showings but no contract), we knew we had to make a change so we engaged Alice as our new sellers' agent -- and sell she did; in just 2 weeks we had a contract on our house, which we've since closed on. For that we are thankful, but we also simply enjoyed working and talking with Alice.
